Job Search Strategy: Microlearning for Workforce Readiness

Purpose & Context

This microlearning module was designed to support a community library workforce-readiness initiative, providing accessible, practical guidance for adult learners navigating the job search process.

The project demonstrates how short, self-paced learning experiences can deliver high-value career development support while remaining easy to scale, update, and reuse across a public resource environment. The design prioritizes clarity, approachability, and immediate application; meeting learners where they are without requiring prior expertise or extended time commitment.
