This project focused on designing a trauma-informed, scenario-based learning experience to help veterans build safe, trusting partnerships with their service dogs. The training balances empathy with structure through realistic scenarios, decision checkpoints, and accessible multimedia to support confidence, safety, and independence.

Impact & Reflection
